3. DELIVERY & PAYMENT
3.1 We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified when you placed your order (I.e. Royal Mail first class recorded)
3.2 We will dispatch all Products contained in your order which are supplied by us at the same time although on some occasions in multiple packages. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your order. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of Products ordered.
3.3 We only accept payment in Pound Sterling by credit or debit card & PayPal
3.4 The contract between us for the items you have ordered will only be formed when we email you to confirm that the items have been dispatched. The contract will therefore be formed in England and the language of the contract will be English
4.1 You may cancel your order at any stage before the Products are dispatched to you. Please refer to the Returns procedure below.
4.2 We aim to provide you with a smooth process. If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you, we may offer a refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the Returns Procedure. If you have any questions regarding returns, please Contact us.
4.3 After you cancel your order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card/PayPal will be refunded in full. When requesting a return, please email our team at info@thefragrancelab.com who will acknowledge the return and provide further assistance. Returns must be sent in its original packing where possible. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We do not refund the charges you pay to return the product to us, we will require you to return this using a tracked service.
4.4 We try our very best to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to seven working days for your return to be processed once your parcel has been received into our warehouse. Once everything has been processed, we will send you an email containing all of the details of your refund. Please be aware that it can take your bank a further 2-10 working days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card issuer. If you have any questions about your refund just let our team know by sending us an email given below.
4.5 Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
